We apply technical and physical safeguards — including firewalled, password-protected servers and encryption controls aligned with Aadhaar Regulations — to protect your data. No security system is completely impenetrable, so we also run regular internal and external security reviews. You are responsible for keeping your login ID, password and OTP confidential, and must inform us promptly if you suspect any compromise. The app also offers an optional screen-lock feature, and login credentials cannot be reused on a new device without additional verification.
When you use a service provider's product through our Platform, that provider's own privacy policy governs the information they collect. Our Platform may also link to external websites or apps, which operate under their own privacy policies beyond our control. Please review a third party's policy before sharing information with them — we are not responsible for how they handle your data.
By using the Platform or providing your information, you consent to our processing it as described in this Policy. If you share someone else's personal information with us, you confirm that you have their permission to do so.
You may opt out of promotional or marketing communications at any time after setting up your account. To stop receiving emails or newsletters, use the unsubscribe link included in those emails.
You can request access to the personal information you've shared with us, and may withdraw consent given for Aadhaar-based e-KYC storage at any time — though this may limit your access to related services. Some information may still be retained per our Storage and Retention section. To delete your account, use the Help section of the Platform, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. We may ask you to verify your identity before actioning any such request, as a security measure.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. The Platform may only be used by individuals capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law; minors must use it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
As our business evolves, this Policy may change from time to time, at our discretion and without prior notice. We will try to reasonably inform you of significant changes, but it remains your responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Continuing to use the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Policy. We will never make changes that reduce protection for information you've already shared with us.
